CurePSP is the leading nonprofit organization dedicated to awareness, care and cure for progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) corticobasal degeneration (CBD) and multiple system atrophy (MSA) all of which are fatal rare neurological diseases. Through advocacy and support efforts, we enhance education, care delivery and quality of life for people living with PSP, CBD and MSA and their families, diseases that often strike in the prime of life for those affected.
Our mission of the Hope As Big As Texas event is to raise awareness and support for families who have been impacted by one of these disorders. All proceeds from this event will go to the CurePSP Quality of Life Respit Grant Fund which will provide 100 hours of professional caregiving services to families. Studies show that even a brief break or relief from caregiving responsibilities can improve the daily life of caregivers and their loved ones diagnosed with PSP, CBD or MSA. The importance of these services and the critical role of respite care are evident now more than ever. The critical nature of these services is clear, and CurePSP, with YOUR support, is here to help.
DAY SCHEDULE
- 7:00 AM - Packet Pickup and Race Day Registration
- 8:30 AM - 1 Mile Fun Run
- 9:00 AM - 5K Run/Walk (3.1 miles)
RACE DAY REGISTRATION BEGINS AT 7:00 am AT RACE SITE
ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL END ONCE THE 500 PARTICIPANT CAPP IS REACHED

- 1 Mile Run/Walk (Registered by February 3rd): $35
- 1 Mile Run/Walk (Registered by March 28th): $40
- 1 Mile Run/Walk (Race Day): $45
- 5K Run/Walk (Registered by February 3rd): $40
- 5K Run/Walk (Registered by March 28th): $45
- 5K Run/Walk (Race Day): $50

Please register early to secure your spot at this event, as registration will be capped at 500 participants this year. Join us for post-race refreshments, soft drinks, and music!

Overall Male & Female; Overall Master Male and Female; Runners 12 & Under; 13-15; 16-18; 19-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-74; 75-79; 80 & Over
Awards are awarded three deep in each age group for the 5K.
All finishers will receive custom finishers medals!!
